|     GPC Project Groups' Rules and Feesfor Publishing Results in GPC News
The following rules and fee schedules have been set for member
and non-member companies that wish to publish performance numbers
on-line in the GPC News. For more information on outside
submissions visit http://www.spec.org/gpc/nonmember.html. APC Project Group. Non-Member Publishing
Non-members of the APC project group may submit performance results
at a cost of $200 per configuration for each benchmark. Payment must
be received before results are placed on-line. Any change in hardware
or software constitutes a new configuration. Rules 2, 3 and 4 for members
also apply to non-members submitting performance results for publication. Member Publishing
Paying members of the APC project group can submit as many performance
results as they wish without additional fees.
A configuration will be published on-line for one year, unless the
submitter notifies the publisher that it should be removed. After
one year, the configuration will be removed automatically, unless
the submitter notifies the publisher that it should remain on-line.
There are no additional fees for extending on-line publication beyond
            one year.
The APC project group may remove configurations as a result of revisions
in any given application benchmark. In this case, the vendor will
be given notice by the project group and may, at no charge, resubmit
the identical configuration for the revised benchmark.
A new configuration is defined as any that requires a change in
the hardware or software section of the submittal form.
         Contact the APC project group
if you are interested in publishing performance results or if
