SPEChpc™ 2021: Changes in V1.1.10

Introduction to V1.1

SPEChpc 2021 V1.1.10 is a patch update to SPEChpc 2021 V1.1 and primarily a bug fix release.

Updated tools to allow installation and output_root path names to include plus signs.

The following benchmark changes were made in V1.1.10:

LBM (505,605,705,805)
- Update OpenACC version to use "triplet" notation with pointers in present clauses to better conform with the OpenACC standard.
miniSweep (521,621)
- Fix error from v1.1.9 where a variable, "buf", was inadvertently removed from an OpenACC host data construct. Removal caused runtime errors when using ACCEL Aware MPI with larger rank counts.
- Added v1.1.9 preprocssor macros used indentation for readability but causes issues with preprocessing. Indentation was removed in v1.1.10.
miniWeather (535,635,735,835)
- Fix typo where a closing bracket was inadvertently removed from a preprocessor if defined macro.
